Rates

Our guest rooms are sold by room with breakfast included in the price. If breakfast is not required, you can notify us on arrival and we will deduct £3 per person per night from your outstanding balance.

To enquire about rates for reduced occupation of advertised rooms please telephone us on (01493) 844015. (At busy times room rates will apply in any event).

Children over the age of 5 are welcome, but for reductions for children aged 5 to 14 years please do not book online, please telephone us on (01493) 844015.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement at £10 per pet per night. One pet only per room. If you wish to bring a pet, please do not book online, please telephone us on (01493) 844015. Please bring pet's own bedding and food.

Parties of seven or more are welcome by prior arrangement. but for staffing purposes, if there are more than six people in your party, or if you are a hen or stag party, please do not book online, please telephone us on (01493) 844015. We reserve the right to refuse large parties in the interests of staffing and the needs of other guests

Evening Meals, Packed lunches and Bar snacks are available to order.
Evening Meals, if required on your day of arrival, must be pre-booked not less than 24 hours in advance.
Evening Meals from £11 : Packed Lunches from £5 : Bar Snack Prices range from £2 to £5.

Payment Conditions


For all bookings we require a deposit of 40% to confirm the booking. We will charge this to your credit card. We will send you an email or letter confirming the booking and letting you know what the outstanding balance is. The balance is due on arrival. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to arrival we will refund your deposit, less a 10% administration fee.

If you wish to pay your deposit by cheque, you cannot book online, please telephone us on (01493) 844015.

Other Terms and Conditions


Cancellation and Insurance: Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 14 days' notice. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker. Alternatively, we can provide information on how to insure your booking.

Bookings Are Not Transferable.

Non-availability: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability will not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival: Check in is between 4.30 p.m. and 10 p.m. on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged.

Departure: Check out is by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Damages and Breakages: Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.

Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or agents acting on our instruction.
